Saint Luks'e Parish Notes - March 25, 2012

Parish NotesMarch 25, 2012

What’s happening…

Our Episcopal Youth Community (EYC) will meet today at the church at 5:00 p.m. This group is for young people in the 7th-12th grades.

The Lenten Program and Dinner concludes this Wednesday March 28th. Our Lenten program will center on The Book of Common Prayer. This program will be practical enough for you to expand your knowledge of how to use the Prayer Book devotionally at home, and educational enough to expand your understanding of its contents. Each program will provide an opportunity for us to worship using a rite from the Prayer Book. Dinner will begin promptly at 5:45 p.m., and the program will begin in the Parish Hall promptly at 6:15. Nursery will be available each Wednesday during these programs. The Program each week will be concluded by 7:00 p.m. sharp. Please be sure to sign up in the narthex, on the bulletin board or e-mail the parish office at stlukes@aeneas.net so we know how much food to prepare!

Easter Flower donations are now being accepted. The flower form in this bulletin can be completed and turned in with your donation for a memorial or honorarium in our Easter bulletin. Your donation can be any amount you feel comfortable giving. We will decorate based on the total amount received. The deadline for Easter flower donations is today.

Palm Crosses will be folded Saturday, March 31st at 10:00 a.m. in the Saint Luke’s kitchen. If you would like to help us with this fun and meaningful tradition, please join us.
