This is a fairly long process to publication, so getting the recipes together quickly is vital. We (the ECW) hope to have the cookbook available for sale by October 2011 for the Calendar parties. A good cookbook needs at least 400-500 recipes to be viable. Every one of you has at least 10 favorite recipes! If you have more, feel free to submit as many as you can. Please double check amounts and directions before printing or typing. Suggestions for a name are also welcome. Send your recipes by snail mail to Donna Boren, 12 Deepwood, Jackson, TN 38305.
